Recommendations on inclusive education

The recommendations provide methodological guidance for Ukrainian higher education institutions on integrating students with special educational needs into the academic process. It establishes the institutional responsibilities of universities, which include ensuring physical accessibility of campus infrastructure, developing inclusive policies and curricula, providing continuous professional development for teaching staff, and establishing dedicated support services.

The objective of the consultations was to increase the competence to work with students with fewer opportunities and special educational needs and to form a shared vision of the project results.


Cooperation agreements

The agreements create a consortium of institutions committed to implementing a personalized learning model based on the virtual learning environment of intellectual tutoring. The agreement is founded on core principles including equality, legality, integrity, mutual aid, flexibility, openness, consideration of teachers’ professional interests, compliance with student needs, rational implementation of innovative approaches, and non-discrimination.
Testing of pilot courses using the SMART platform

The statistics from SMARTPL platform shows increase of academic score (“Improvement Curve”) of the second testing attempt from 9% to 38% (median value is 17%). The difference between the limits (9% and 28%) confirmed by the initial student’s score (the first attempt, level of complexity of the discipline, level of student commitment to study the materials given by the feedback, etc.).


Book “Manuals on Competence-Related Personalized Education”

This comprehensive manual addresses the theoretical and practical foundations of competence-based personalized education within Ukrainian higher education institutions. The document establishes formative assessment as a cornerstone of personalized learning, distinguishing it from traditional summative evaluation by emphasizing continuous feedback, process-oriented evaluation, and student-centered goal setting.
Book “Opportunities of Open Educational Platforms for Students and Teachers”

This research examines the evolution of educational systems from traditional teaching methods to contemporary digital formats, with particular emphasis on Open Educational Resources (OER) and their role in creating accessible, high-quality education.
